4. How long does therapy usually take?
This depends on the individual and the nature of the difficulties. Some people benefit from short-term therapy of just a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support. After your assessment, we’ll agree together on a plan that feels manageable and realistic.
5. Do you provide medico-legal reports?
Yes. I provide independent psychological assessments and expert reports for a wide range of legal proceedings. These are comprehensive, clear, and designed to meet the requirements of courts, solicitors, and other legal professionals.
6. Do you work in person or online?
I primarily work online from London, Manchester and Dublin.
7. Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, I accept most major health insurance providers except AXA. Clients may also self-fund their sessions. Please check with your insurer to confirm coverage before booking.
8. How quickly can I get an appointment?
I aim to offer appointments with minimal waiting times. Daytime, evening, and some weekend sessions are available. In most cases, you won’t have to wait longer than a week or two to be seen.
