Family Law & Parent Profiling – Acting as a Single Joint Expert in high-conflict private and public law matters. Expertise includes the psychological profiling of parents and children, attachment assessments and evaluating parental capacity.
Criminal Law & Defendant Profiling – Providing detailed psychological profiling of defendants in criminal proceedings. Specialist evaluations include fitness to plead, suggestibility and expert testimony on mental state, risk, developmental disorders and cognitive functioning.
Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence – Preparing comprehensive Victim Impact Reports for High Court cases. Specialising in complex PTSD and the long-term psychological impact of catastrophic trauma or clinical negligence.
Capacity & Mental Health Evaluations – Conducting rigorous Mental Capacity Assessments for legal decision-making. These evaluations are performed in accordance with statutory frameworks (such as the Mental Capacity Act) to determine capacity regarding financial affairs, health and fitness to plead.
Child & Adolescent Forensic Expertise – Specialist assessments for children and young people involved in legal proceedings. This includes diagnosing neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD/ASD), assessing emotional harm and recommending tailored intervention strategies for the Court and statutory bodies.
